Fairly firm nose, prominent vegetal notes, hint of mushrooms, yeastyand light smoky notes, light yellow fruit aromas, earthy and mineral notes. Tart fruit on the palate, slightly creamy, prominent vegetalaromas, yeastyand smoky notes, good substance and persistence, elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, full body, light floral traces, still young, salty notes in the background, hint of yellow spice and a touch of sugar candy,good to very good alcoholic finish.
