Firm, fairly deep nose, light meaty animal notes, light oak, mixed berries, hint of mushrooms, earthy traces. Ripe, fairly juicy, partly preserved fruit on the palate, light toasted, nutty, spicy oak, fine youthful tannins, light acid bite, noticeable high alcohol, good substance and persistence, hint of bacon, slightly astringent, spicy notes, more oak, astringent notes, high alcohol on a good to very good, ripe, juicy finish.
