Translate to English Recht fester, etwas fleischiger und ein wenig vegetabiler Duft nach teils eingemachten Kirschen und dunklen Beeren mit Aromen von Provencekräutern und ein wenig schwarzen Oliven. Klare, geschliffene, herb-saftige Frucht, moderates, leicht kakaowürziges Holz, kräuterige Aromen am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, fester Bau, bei aller Kraft ziemlich kühl, zarter Säurebiss, jugendliches, sehr feines Tannin, nicht ewig tief, recht vielschichtig, sehr guter Abgang. Darf reifen.
