Cool, tart, slightly vegetal citrus pomaceous fruit with earthy notes, light floral traces and a touch of gum. Straightforward, pomaceous fruit on the palate, nutty, yeasty and light vegetal notes, very elegant acidity, light touch, good substance and persistence, earthy traces, slightly floral, still quite youthful, good to very good finish,
