Translate to English In der Nase mit recht intensiven Apfelnoten und Tönen von Honig sowie Stroh, Hefe und Pinienkernen. Leicht schmelzig im Mund, feine Säure und Kohlensäure, etwas bitterlich-nussige Apfelfrucht, wirkt relativ offen, wachsige und hefige Anklänge, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, ganz zart laktische Töne, mittlere Kraft, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
