2011 Champagne AOC Brut Nature "Les Rachais", Champagne, France

Translate to English Tiefer und fester, sehr hefiger, herb-nussiger Apfelduft mit angetrocknet-floralen Aromen, Ei, Austern und zarten Limonentönen, hat einerseits Frische, aber auch Töne mürber Frucht. Straffe, herbe, saftige, nussig-würzige und auch leicht gelb-gewürzige Frucht, lebendiges, sehr feines Mousseux, merklicher Säurebiss und Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, mandelig-nussige Töne, Kreide und wieder viel Hefe, noch eher jung, hat dennoch auch ganz leicht oxidative Töne, kräuterige und florale Nuancen, Muschelschalen, gute Tiefe, ziemlich dicht, deutlich frische Butter, ein wenig Zitronengras, angeröstetes Weißbrot, vegetabile Nuancen, Eiweiß, ziemlich komplex, sehr guter bis langer Abgang mit an Jasmintee erinnernden Noten.
