(742–814) winegrowing is mentioned here and wine has always been developed in the vaulted cellar of the family. The company is run by Herbert Reinecker, graduate engineer for winegrowing and cellar management. The vineyards cover 3.15 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Letten and Schäf (Auggen). They are planted with the varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Only healthy, hand-picked grapes are pressed slowly and very gently. The grapes are pressed with a yield of 65%, the rest are discarded. The wines intended for sparkling wine processing are vinified separately in small fermentation tanks according to the vineyard. Only 10 to 20% of the best wines ferment in small, mostly older oak barrels. After countless tastings, the wines are assigned to their respective blends. The flagship of the house is the "Cuvée Classic Brut", which is assembled from the classic Champagne varieties Chardonnay (50-60%), Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the best locations. To maintain consistency, 5 to 10% exclusive reserve wines from older vintages are added to the blend. This sparkling wine matures on the yeast for at least two years.
