Cool, planty and yeasty citrus apple nose with mushroom notes. Slender, light fruit, clearly yeasty, planty notes, noticeable acid bite and medium-fine mousseux, certain sweetness in the background, floral traces, some touch, a hint of candy, buttery traces, slightly nutty, quite good, sweetish finish.
