Firm, creamy, very sweet and juicy fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal and herbaceous aromas, sugar candy, lively acidity, concentrated and persistent, good depth, yellow spice, hint of bacon in the background, prominent salty mineral notes, complex, still largely undeveloped, already enchanting, elegant spices, very long, complex, juicy, sweet finish.
