2015 Ürzig Würzgarten Riesling Auslese ***, Goldkapsel, Mosel, Germany

Sweet nose, still has prominent yeasty notes, touch of dried flowers, partly candied and dried yellow fruit, earthy and mineral traces, hint of rubber. Concentrated, as yet undeveloped and very sweet fruit on the palate, more prominent yeasty and some rubbery notes, dried vegetal nad floral notes, quite concentrated and persistent, good depth, still has delicate notes of bread, slightly salty in the background, prominent sugar candy, more yeasty and delicate waxy notes on a very good long finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
