Clear, polished, fairly cool nose, red berries, elegant herbaceous and floral notes, peppery traces. Elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, very light sandy tannins, light acid bite, hint of smoked bacon, nutty traces, fairly persistent, fairly full-bodied, peppery traces again on a good, tart finish.
