Tighter, slightly reductive and a little burnt-yeasty, polished scent of green berries and some pome fruit, some elderflower and a hint of paprika with mineral tones. Fairly polished, clean, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous vegetal and delicate floral aromas, more peppers and elderberries, grapefruit, elegant acidity, fairly persistent and slightly sweetish creamy, good finish with lots of elderflower.
