Translate to English Vegetabile und auch ganz leicht animalische Nase mit gelbfruchtigen, hefigen und nussigen Aromen, einer Spur Hülsenfrüchte und erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Reife, herb-saftige, trotz des hohen Alkohols relativ kühl wirkende Frucht mit deutlich pflanzlichen, etwas pilzigen und erdig-mineralischen Noten, feine Säure, hat Biss, dazu aber auch viel Schmelz, florale Nuancen im Hintergrund, etwas Kreide und Salz, noch jung, ein Hauch Kandis, tabakige Spuren, etwas nussig, guter, recht alkoholstarker Abgang.
