Translate to English Relativ kühl wirkende, deutlich vegetabile Nase mit verhaltenen, herben gelbfruchtigen und grünbeerigen Noten sowie gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. feste, herbe Frucht, feine Säure, etwas Griff, viel pflanzliche bis kräuterige Würze am Gaumen, ein wenig Holunder und florale Nuancen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, etwas Wärme, erdige Mineralik, ein Hauch Walnuss, hat Schmelz, sehr guter, herber, wieder ein wenig warmer Abgang.
