2005 Wachau Ried Kollmütz Grüner Veltliner Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Complex, elegant nose with spicy mineral notes, peas, beans, some honeydew melon and pomaceous fruit. Firmly structured, herbs and spices, mineral notes, more pulses, elegant acidity and light tannic touch, very concentrated and persistent on the palate, complex, deep, is creamy and yet retains its elegance, compact structure, well defined contours, still very young, playful, very complex and deep finish with tremendous length. A masterpiece.
