2006 Wachau Ried Kirchweg Riesling Smaragd® trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Mature nose, pomaceous fruit, citrus fruit and some stone fruit, delicate dried vegetal as well as earthy and mineral notes. Fairly mature fruit on the palate, creamy, elegant acidity, earthy and mineral notes, good persistence, tart nutty notes and a hint of tobacco, fairly warm style, very good finish.

Editor note: Citrus and peaches on the nose, light vegetal and mineral notes. Delicately juicy in the mouth, with herbaceous notes and extremely elegant acidity, mineral nuances in the background, hint of dark berries, very harmonious and persistent, good long finish.
