Firm nose, prominent green vegetal notes reminiscent of capers and artichokes, light nutty notes, citrus, stone and pomaceous fruit, prominent mineral notes. Very firm on the palate, juicy, ripe, predominantly citrus fruit with a touch of green apple and peach, lively acidity, persistent, gripping, full body, also has some acid bite, nutty traces in the background, yeasty traces, good depth, quite complex, still fresh, more bite and prominent mineral notes on a very good, firm, markedly juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Straffer, geschliffener Zitrus-Kernobstduft mit feinen nussigen und pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen sowie leicht floralen und deutlich mineralischen Noten. Klare, feinsaftige, sehr geschliffene Frucht, nussige und fein-vegetabile Aromen, noch etwas hefig, eine Spur rauchig, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr feine, präsente Säure, im Hintergrund etwas Speck, weißer Pfeffer und wieder deutliche, kühle Mineralik, viel Biss, noch jung, hat Spannung, sehr guter, herb-saftiger, speckiger, nussiger und fein-vegetabiler Abgang.
