Cool, vegetal, slightly yeasty and floral nose with apple and citrus flavors. Light-bodied, delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, green apple and some rhubarb, fairly fine mousse, slightly persistent and touch, a touch of egg whites in the background, bacony traces, good finish with salty traces.
