Translate to English Ziemlich fester, etwas rauchiger, holziger und deutlich speckiger Duft nach schwarzen Beeren mit Provencekräuternoten, animalischen Tönen, Pfeffer, etwas Jod und metallisch-erdiger Mineralik. Reife, saftige, teils eingemacht, getrocknet und kandiert wirkende Frucht, leicht süßlich, kräuterige und gewürzige Töne am Gaumen, etwas Rauch und Röstung, ein wenig Bitterschokolade im Hintergrund, mürb-sandiges Tannin, pfeffrige Spuren, dahinter erdige Mineralik, noch jung, ziemlich kräftig, Kandisnoten, sehr guter, saftiger, schokoladiger und kompottiger Abgang mit etwas Jod. Wirkt ein bisschen wie die Amarone-Version eines Banyuls.
