Yellow fruit, delicately vegetal to herbaceous and a little light floral scent with yeasty nuances and a hint of candy. Straightforward, elegantly juicy, very dry fruit on the palate, fine vegetal and melon notes, some tobacco, nutty and floral, good substance and persistence, fairly creamy, very elegant acidity, hint of pepper in the background, light mineral notes, good to very good, elegant, juicy and spicy finish with delicate notes of sugar candy.
