Translate to English Fester und tiefer, leicht rauchiger und ein wenig nussiger, deutlich pflanzlicher Zitrusduft mit etwas Holunderblüte, angedeuteter gelber Würze und deutlicher Mineralik. Straffe, herb.saftige, reife Frucht, nussige und leicht rauchig-holzige Noten, deutlich pflanzliche Aromen, wieder florale und gelb-gewürzige Anklänge, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, deutliche Mineralik, gute Tiefe, hat Griff und Kraft, aber keinerlei Schwere, vielschichtig, fester, herb-saftiger, würziger und wieder intensiv mineralischer Abgang.

Editor note: Still reductive and slightly herbaceous, also prominent yeasty nose with light smoky notes, yellow- and green-fruity notes, earthy-mineral notes and flint in the background. Ripe, quite juicy and slightly creamy, bone dry and cool fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal notes, light peppery and slightly oily notes, very elegant, lively acidity, earthy and salty mineral notes, light touch, excellent substance and persistence, still very youthful, good Deep, very good, firm and juicy, also more mineral and yeasty finish. Will mature well.
