2017 Chablis AOC, Burgundy, France

Cool, slightly vegetal nose with pomaceous fruit and citrus notes and light earthy notes. Clear, cool, polished fruit on the palate, elegantly juicy, vegetal and light floral notes, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, mineral traces, hint of yeast, good finish, good finish.
