2017 Chablis Premier Cru AOC Vau de Vey, Burgundy, France

Delicately vegetal and quite clearly mineral nose with calm pome fruit and citrus notes as well as light floral hints. Clear, polished, tart fruit with nutty, herbal and yeasty nuances, very fine acidity, some melting, a touch of butter on the palate, good persistence, mineral tones in the background, has some grip, some depth, good to very good finish
