2015 Blanc Fumé de Pouilly AOC Barre à Mine, Loire, France

A little more exotic, yet cool, very polished, also vegetal fragrance with yellow fruit, herbaceous and white-peppery aromas and some green pepper and clear mineral notes. Ripe, slightly warm, partly candied fruit and sweetish fruit, concentrated and juicy, very elegant acidity, floral aromas, touch of red berries, light touch and bite, greasy traces in the background, hint of butter, still undeveloped, but persistent and deep , some alcoholic heat, very good, firm finish with very ripe juice and smoky minerality
