Quite deep, dried-on and slightly yeasty nose with light yellow fruit aromas, some elderberries, delicate herbs, floral nuances and mineral notes. Ripe, tart and juicy, very creamy fruit on the palate, with very fine acidity, touch of mature tannins, yeasty notes on the palate, elderflower, hints of dark berries and floral nuances, some exotic, reminiscent of passion fruit, lots of energy and some alcohol heat, but also Cool mineral and vegetable aromas, good depth, lime tones in the background, very good, juicy and creamy finish with noticeable alcohol, but also bite and puff.
