Translate to English Herbe, recht deutlich vegetabile Nase mit verhaltenen, hellen gelbfruchtigen Aromen, hefigen Nuancen, gewisser Mineralik und einer Spur Pilzen. Ein wenig hefig-gedeckt im Mund, süßliche Frucht mit straffer Säure, merklicher Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, gelbe Würze, ein Hauch Kimchi, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Griff, deutliche Mineralik, ganz leicht gedeckt, guter bis sehr guter Abgang, dem nicht zuletzt die Süße ein wenig Präzision kostet.
