D.O. Jerez y Manzanilla Sanlucar de Barrameda Don Fino Superior, Andalucía, Spain

Elegant and quite complex nose, some medicinal herbs, camomile and fennel, salty mineral notes, some bergamothe and kumquat. Elegantly juicy, clean style, salty mineral notes, dried herbs and spices, good eprsistence on the palate, very harmonious, firmly structured, concentrated, elegant mineral nad spicy notes on a long finish. Excellent work.
