Clear nose, ripe, partly preserved pomaceous fruit, hint of citrus. Very clear, elegant, spicy and slightly creamy fruit on the palate, mineral traces, fairly moderate, very elegant and slightly playful acidity, fairly persistent, harmonious and refreshing, good finish.
