Translate to English Frisch-pflanzlicher und zwiebeliger, auch ganz leicht animalischer Duft mit hellen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Pflanzlich und leicht hefig im Mund, etwas zitronige Frucht mit Senfgurke, Quitte und Kräuternoten, leicht bitterliche Würze, feine Säure und moderater, ein wenig sandiger Gerbstoff, eingelegte grüne Peperoni im Hintergrund ordentlicher, ein wenig gedeckter Abgang.
