2016 Nachbil trocken Grand Pa, Transilvania (Siebenbürgen), Romania

Slightly cloudy golden yellow. Cool, tart, vegetal and floral nose with notes of cabbage, mushrooms and yellow fruit tones. Quite fresh, tart, somewhat juicy fruit with yeasty, vegetal and spicy yellow notes, very elegant acidity, chalky notes in the background, some herbs and floral nuances, a little salt, good persistence, delicate melt, tobacco traces, good to very good finish.
