Geradlinige, relativ kühl wirkende Frucht, deutlich pflanzlich, recht feine Säure, gewisser Schmelz am Gaumen, salzige und pfeffrige Nuancen, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, nicht allzu tief, aber sorgfältig gemacht, hefige Spuren, guter Abgang mit etwas Griff.
