Translate to English Fester, ein wenig getrocknet-floraler, zart nussiger und gelb-gewürziger Duft nach teils eingemachten und angetrockneten gelben Früchten mit ein wenig Karamell, tabakigen und pilzigen Nuancen sowie deutlicher, erdiger Mineralik. Konzentrierte, süße, wieder teils angetrocknet und eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit hefigen Noten, nussigen Spuren und viel erdiger Mineralik, sehr feine Säure,. etwas Griff von mürbem Gerbstoff, feine vegetabile und florale Töne, tief und nachhaltig am Gaumen, eine Spur Jod und Bienenwachs, noch jung, vielschichtig, helle tabakige Nuancen, etwas Salz, sehr guter bis langer, fester, süßer und fein-würziger Nachhall mit kreidigen Tönen.
