Translate to English Fester und recht tiefer, hefiger und kräuterig-pflanzlicher, noch ein wenig reduktiver Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und floralen Noten, einem Hauch Pilze, Jod und deutlicher Mineralik. Fest gewirkte, unentwickelte, eher herbe Frucht, deutlich hefig und pflanzlich, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, gewisser Schmelz, aber auch reichlich Biss, gewisse Tiefe, viel helle, ins Salzige gehende Mineralik, florale Spuren, ganz leicht antrocknend, krautige Spuren, einen Hauch süßlich, sehr guter, fester Abgang. Noch nicht ganz zusammengesetzt.
