Slightly cedary, dried herbaceous and nutty nose, predominantly black berries and cherries, touch of tomato and red pepper notes, earthy notes and hints of plum. Tart, juicy fruit on the palate, noticeable acid bite, fairly prominent fine sandy tannins, herbaceous and tobacco notes, light earthy notes in the background, dried mushrooms and undergrowth, prominent acid bite, fairly persistent, taut spicy notes on a good to very good finish , Salt and some cocoa.
