Translate to English Eine Spur schärfende, leicht animalische und auch vegetabile Nase mit dunklen Fruchtnoten, erdigen Tönen und etwas Suppenkräutern. Auch im Mund vegetabil und erdig, zurückhaltende, dunkle Frucht, etwas sandiges Tannin, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, nicht sehr tief, metallische und salzige Spuren, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, ordentlicher Abgang. Editor note: Red berries, some black berries and cherries on the nose, floral traces, cool mineral notes in the background, herbs and spices, animal notes and oak. Firm and relatively cool style, tart fruit on the palate, fairly prominent and very fine tannins, slightly sharp touch of leeks, smoky oak in the background, prominent acid bite, light mineral traces and earthy notes, slightly salty on an elegant, juicy finish.
