2004 Süd-Burgenland Ried Szapary Blaufränkisch trocken, Burgenland, Austria

Slightly jammy nose with red and black berries, light, sweet cherries and some dried herbs, with sweetish, spicy oak. Relatively warm style, ripe red and black fruit on the palate, roasted oak and sweetish creamy notes, some acidity and still slightly chunky tannins, medium body, attractive to good finish.
