Very firm, light yellow fruit with lively acidity, a lot of grip of ripe tannin and clearly yeasty notes, tobacco notes, dense and persistent on the palate, good depth, clear, chalky-salty minerality, also white-peppery spice and olive oil, still youthful, very good, firm, tart and slightly spicy finish
