Firm, tart, deep nose, hint of bacon, moderate oak, predominantly black berries, floral traces, hint of dried herbs, peppery traces, mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy, fairly concentrated fruit on the palate, has bite, fairly prominent fine tannins provide grip, herbaceous and floral traces in the background, peppery notes, hint of bacon, persistent, good depth, mineral notes, quite complex, hint of tobacco, light toasted notes in the background, more grip and bite on a very good, firm, juicy, spicy finish.

Cool, elegant, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, concentrated, but also elegant, delicate acid bite, ripe, very fine, almost silky tannins, delicate herbaceous notes, peppery traces, hint of bacon, salty mineral notes in the background, hint of grated citrus zests, elegant style, some depth and grip, very good, firm, very elegant, juicy finish.
