Tart, even slightly sour, slightly muted fruit on the palate, herbaceous, light peppery andfloral notes, still slightly muted by fine sandy tannins, fairly persistent, firm acid bite, hint of violets and a touch of cranberries, still undeveloped, almost austere, good to very good, rather tart finish. Needs time to mature.
