Tart, somewhat vegetal, still yeasty, also earthy nose with light yellow fruity notes, minerality and hinted yellow spice. Slender, cool, tart, juicy fruit, yeasty and planty notes, very fine acidity, some grip, chalky-salty minerality, still fresh, very good, again cool, fine juicy finish

Editor note: Cool nose, light yeasty and nutty notes, restrained yellow fruit, touch of yellow spice, earthy and mineral notes. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, light-bodied and cool, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, good substance, persistent in spite of the low alcohol level, vegetal, yeasty and mineral notes, elegant bite, good to very good finish.
