Firm nose, light yeasty and nutty notes, yellow fruit, light vegetal aromas, hint of bacon, floral traces, mineral notes. Firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous, yeasty and light nutty notes, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, full-bodied and creamy, but remains fairly cool, prominent earthy and salty mineral notes, good depth, very good, firm finish.
