2007 Brut Crémant de Luxembourg, Moselle Luxembourgeoise AOP, Luxembourg

Fairly mature, slightly muted nose, delicate burnt and yeasty notes, hint of pomaceous fruit. Fairly firm on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, crisp apple fruit and some yellow plums, very moderate yeasty notes, medium mousse, refreshing style, good backbone, shows its origin, attractive to good finish.
