2011 St. Laurent trocken, Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Animal, somewhat reductive aroma of mixed berries with vegetal, nutty-woody and earthy tones as well as spicy notes. In the mouth acidic berry and cherry fruit, spicy, earthy-mineral and bacony-woody notes, hints of dried herbs and tobacco, medium-fine, partly a little drying tannin, noticeable acid bite, has some polish and some persistence, quite good, a little drying finish. Still needs a little time.
