Pomaceous fruit and citrus notes on the nose, tart vegetal notes, peppery traces, delicate yeasty notes, light earthy and mineral notes. Clear, fairly firm on the palate, quite good grip, slightly spicy food, dried vegetal notes, peppery and yeasty notes, lively acidity and carbon dioxide, slightly persistent, light earthy and mineral notes, prominent vegetal notes, refreshing, although still young, good finish.
