Auch im Mund leicht holzwürzig und nussig, feinsaftige, nicht ganz trockene Frucht, hefige Würze, sehr feines, lebendiges Mousseux, schmelzig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, recht kräftiger Körper, gute Tiefe, würziger, leicht süßlicher und schmelziger Abgang.
