Translate to English Kühler, hefiger und etwas kräuterig-pflanzlicher Duft mit Zitrus- und Apfelnoten, nussigen Spuren und gewisser Mineralik im Hintergrund. Feinsaftige, eher zurückhaltende Frucht im Mund, wieder nussig-hefige und deutlich pflanzliche Töne, recht feines Mousseux, gute Nachhaltigkeit, leichter Gerbstoff, eine Spur Brioche im Hintergrund, kräuterige und florale Nuancen, ein Hauch Karamell, etwas Tiefe, hat Substanz und Griff, zarter Säurebiss, sehr guter, feinsaftiger Abgang mit kräuterig-pflanzlichen, hefigen und mineralischen Noten.
