2008 Dorsheim Goldloch Brut Nature, Nahe, Germany

Light yeasty, vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, some beans and light nutty notes. Tart, slightly juicy, fairly firm fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, partly toasted nuts, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of savoury, very fine, evenly distributed mousse, light tannic grip, good substance and persistence, touch of wilted flowers and leaves in the background, good to very good finish.
