Translate to English Kühle und herbe, pflanzliche Zitrus-Apfelnase mit hefigen und leicht erdigen Tönen. Leicht entwickelte, zart süßliche Frucht im Mund, deutlich pflanzliche und nussige Töne, viel Hefe, erdige Würze, ein wenig zitronige Noten, präsente Säure und leicht vordergründiges Mousseux, etwas Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, ganz leicht rau, nicht allzu tief, ordentlicher Abgang.
