Translate to English Deutlich grün-gemüsige, etwas an Spargel erinnernde Nase mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen und hefigen Aromen, zart erdigen Tönen und einer Spur Nüsse. Klare, recht saftige, etwas süßliche Frucht im Mund, wieder deutlich vegetabile und leicht nussige Aromen, feines Mousseux, etwas Biss und Griff, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, erdige bis mineralische Anklänge, guter Abgang.
