Firm nose, restrained citrus and peach notes, light floral traces, light herbaceous notes, prominent mineral notes. Juicy, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal and delicate yeasty notes, persistent, light tannic grip, lively, elegant acidity, vegetal notes in the background, prominent tart mineral notes, largely undeveloped, some depth, very good, fairly tart, firm, juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Zurückhaltender und dabei feiner, mit viel Luft zunehmend komplexer, etwas vegetabiler, eine Spur hefiger und auch deutlich mineralischer Duft mit Kern- und Steinobstnoten, kräuterigen Aromen und Zitrustönen. Recht saftige, leicht süßlich-schmelzige Frucht im Mund, sehr geschliffen, dabei fest gewirkt und dicht, Kräuternoten und vegetabile Anklänge, präsente, etwas erdige Mineralik und deutlich hefige Töne, leicht sandiger Gerbstoff am Gaumen, der sich mit Luft jedoch einbindet, gewinnt über Tage, sehr nachhaltig, noch jung, sehr guter bis langer Abgang.
